You will be informed of your delivery charges for your order during the checkout process, before we take your payment details.

You will also be given options to upgrade to a discounted faster service where available.

Please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the package at the delivery address. If there is nobody available to sign, you will usually receive a card with details of where to collect your package, or how to arrange redelivery. If you do not collect it within two weeks of the first delivery attempt (or one week for international shipments) it may be returned to us.  If your package is returned to us due to nobody being available to sign for it, or because the customer supplied us with incorrect address details, we will have to charge a re-delivery fee.

For International Customers, it is your responsibility to know your own Countries Import Rules regarding Import Taxes, Duty & Handling Fees.

Failure to pay any fees and refusal to accept delivery means we can only provide a refund if the package is safely returned to us.  Any issues surrounding the package being safely returned means you face the risk of losing your money as we can only refund you once the item/s arrive safely back here.  Your refund will also be minus our delivery costs.

We take your privacy very seriously and so ship all items in plain, secure packaging.  Also our return to sender details on your package has no company name, only our returns address.
